Injury of Chelsea goalkeeper Cech proved that it’s not just field players whose lives are at stake while playing this beautiful game but also goalkeepers & other officials’ lives are endangered too. Čech suffered from a head injury in a match between Reading and Chelsea on October 14, 2006 almost lost his life in that match, he was kneed in the head parting him severely causing him temporarily unconsciousness then he collapsed too in the dressing room after he was taken away from the football field. He faced a blood clot and was hurriedly shifted to Hospital where he gone by a surgery for a depressed skull breakage. Due to its fierce and horrifying effects, it’s the 5th worst injury in the list of Top 10 worst football injuries. He recovered in a year after three months of his complete recovery he joined the first team.
