In a match between Manchester United and Coventry City on 8th of April in 1996 Football World’s most shocking injury occurred and the victim was David Busst it was so scary that it not only left psychological marks on Manchester United’s goalkeeper Peter Schmeichel but also ended up Busst’s career. Due to brutal clash between Busst and David Irwin, Busst suffered a double fracture on his leg, his fibula bone cracked, it passed out the skin and became visible to the players nearby him. Due to this horrifying visibility and extreme crack this injury is at the top in list of Top 10 worst football injuries. After that Busst gone through of 26 operations due to this and infections he suffered he retired seven months later at the age of 29.
